No doubt educational institution acquires an important role in shaping one's career. Therefore the trustees of New Horizon Education & Scientific Access Trust (Neat) decided in the year 1990, to establish New Horizon School under the guidance of Dr. Samina Rahbari the Chairperson of the Trust and the Director cum Principal of New Horizon School. Dr. Samina Rahbari, the Chairperson of the Trust is throughout first class & national scholarship holder. She has done Ph.D. in Education & Child Psychology. She also worked as a programme in charge of Bhaglpur & Banka district from 1998 to 2002. She launched & successfully run the alternative schooling & early child education programme in Bihar Education Project, Patna & was nominated by the Governor of Bihar for literacy programme at state level. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Children are usually admitted only into Nursery although a few children may be admitted to
other classes only, if casual vacancies occur.
2. Those parents who seek admission of their ward in school are required to fill up the
admission form available in the school office or download it online.
3. All the candidates are required to sit for a test followed by a short interview.
4. Admission is made strictly on the performance of the candidates in the admission test.
