No doubt educational institution acquires an important role in shaping one's career. Therefore the trustees of New Horizon Education & Scientific Access Trust (Neat) decided in the year 1990, to establish New Horizon School under the guidance of Dr. Samina Rahbari the Chairperson of the Trust and the Director cum Principal of New Horizon School. Dr. Samina Rahbari, the Chairperson of the Trust is throughout first class & national scholarship holder. She has done Ph.D. in Education & Child Psychology. She also worked as a programme in charge of Bhagalpur & Banka district from 1998 to 2002. She launched & successfully run the alternative schooling & early child education programme in Bihar Education Project, Patna & was nominated by the Governor of Bihar for literacy programme at state level. She represented Bihar in National Level Seminar on Universalization of Primary Education & 'Women Empowerment' at Rajasthan Institute of Public Administration (RIPA), Rajasthan.

She has experience of lectureship for more than 20 years. She has fully devoted & dedicated her life for the development of education in society without any discrimination of caste, creed & community. She strictly follows the objective of the Trust i.e. "Service to mankind". She was awarded as "Educationist" in "Nari Samman" programme in the year 2012 & "Best Principal" by 'Lions club Bhagalpur' in the year 2013. Recently she has received award among 100 Highly Effective Principal of the year 2016. New Horizon School is being promoted & run by the people who have a good experience in the field of education. The institute is enlightened together with an active and sincere teaching and non-teaching staffs, who are curious to maintain its pride and discipline by working out in all direction for this. All the faculties and staffs are punctual, loyal and regular in their way which the institution desires with them. They are the backbone of the institution. "Education, Discipline & Humanity" is the motto of New Horizon School. The school aims at imparting education to children employing state of art techniques of teaching so as to inculcate in them the virtues of an ideal human being. In accordance with national education, the school shall promote a national and emotional integration by broadening the mental attitude of the students and by fostering in them the feeling of courage as well as compassion, truth, tolerance and the spirit of pride and patriotism. The school lays particular emphasis on disciple which is indispensable to build a sound personality.
